Originally the group started as a session band, formed by former members of the ex-xTRiPx - Shogo and Chobi. Firstly they started with the name 企画もの, but in March 2012 they changed it to DIV. Joining Chisa (ex. NEXX) and Satoshi (ex. LANDZ). Their first gig was at Shinjuku LOFT - 13.04.2012. Released first single - Natsu no yukue at 28.08.2012 and first mini-album - Mudai no Document - 25.04.2012. 2013 released another two singles - Sotsugyou - 09.01 and TASTE OF LIFE - 03.04 !
