Preparation:In a pot stew onions and garlic, add chicken fillet, carrots, potatoes and pepper and fry with stirring. Add curry and ginger. Add 3 / 4 cup water, cover with lid and stew until soft and vegetable of thickening the sauce. Salt to taste.
