areas is rock band, formed in September 2004 with name The Feedbacks by the vocal Sasaki Ryu. After this they release 2 maxi-singles and full album, which received high recognition from the audience. In January 2008 one of their songs is included to the compilation "RUIDO NOW". They also participate in "Rain" - compilation by Columbia Music Entertainment. August 2009 along with the bassist Miyauchi Toshinari aand guitarist Hirota Yasuhira the officially change the name to areas and made their major debut. On 3th September 2010 the single "ふれあえば/共鳴" is released throughout the country. In April 2011 guitarist Hirota Yasuhira depart. After that guitarist Kimura Yuuichiro and drummer Kanazawa Ryohei. October 2011 they released their 4th single "星空".
