The band was formed on 1 January 2000. First they started as a cover band, influenced by X Japan and Luna Sea. Their official debut was in 2003 with their single "Believe". Three months after their debut, they released three singles A-"Akane / Hate / Over", the first time in group was released three A -singles. In December 2003, they made their first tour and released their first album - Ultimate Circus.
