Band is formed summer 2013 as a session band with name - Stalin. from ex. L members Kazuya and Wataru. Now on 04.09.2013 they restart with new name - DICTATOR CIRCUS. Members are Kazuya, Wataru, Ibuki and Tatsuya. First live for band is on 06.11.2013 at Shibuya REX.
